Step Two
Add Terminators
Add one terminator for every ISD chain in your safety system configuration. Because the number of devices is not the same as the number of chains, use the table and the examples in the diagram below to make sure you select the proper number of terminators.
Note that each controller or gateway has a different maximum number of chains:
