Configuration

Challenge: Banner’s K50 Pro Touch button is capable of the logic, color states, and off-delay output the machine builder needed, but standard models aren’t delivered that way.

Solution: Banner created custom versions of the K50 with the exact configuration for each standard machine, providing the right product out of the box with no programming required.

Connectivity

Challenge: A customer upgrading the indication on their machine would spend significant time creating their own cable assemblies to connect to their IO.

Solution: Banner created a custom TL50 with the exact IO configuration for their machine, giving them a product that connects quickly and correctly every time, redirecting labor to more critical tasks and eliminating wiring errors.

Custom Marking

Challenge: A manufacturer with high labor turnover needed to easily teach new operators how to control equipment.

Solution: Banner created custom marked K50 Pro touch buttons and indicators so operators would quickly understand equipment status and respond faster.

Kitting and Bulk Packaging

Save installation time and simplify deployments with custom packaging, brackets, and assemblies.

Challenge: A panel builder who ordered a large quantity of Banner TL30 tower lights wanted to streamline installation and avoid unnecessary packaging and waste.

Solution: Banner provided bulk packed tower lights in custom quantitiy boxes. These lights were also customized with pre-installed mounting hardware and shipped with cordsets so they could be installed quick with no modifications.

Custom Logos and Labeling

Build brand recognition and control MRO business.

Challenge: A material handling equipment builder wanted to have a unifying brand identity on its machines. It also wanted to handle service and replacement inquiries directly.

Solution: To build the OEM's brand, Banner labeled the WLB32 light with the customer's logo. This label also directed operators to contact the OEM for support needs.
