DXM1200-B2 Wireless Controller

The DXM1200-B2 Wireless Controller allows users to seamlessly connect an array of wireless sensors and nodes by Banner for machine monitoring and control. Available in both wireless architectures offered by Banner, the DXM1200-B2 operates on 900 MHz or 2.4 GHz ISM bands, providing robust and long-range communication capabilities to ensure stable and efficient connectivity, even in the most challenging environments. The controller is set up from a PC via the free DXM Configuration Tool, allowing users to transform data in the controller itself before sending it elsewhere. The DXM1200-B2 adapts easily to any network connection requirement by using either the standard Ethernet connection or the optional cellular modems. On-board diagnostics are user-configurable and available via either the LCD or LED indicators. Installation is made easy, as the need for a control cabinet can be eliminated because the DXM1200-B2 has an IP67 rating for industrial environments. Visualize data and set customizable alarms when sending data from the controller to the cloud, using either Banner’s Cloud Data Services (CDS) or a third-party cloud platform.
