Inspección Automotriz de Punta de Soldadura
El sensor de color R55F de alta resolución comprueba si las puntas de un soldador están dentro de las especificaciones, así también como la pieza que se fabrica. En este ambiente severo, el sensor de color de contraste utiliza fibras de vidrio, para mayor durabilidad y resistencia al calor.
Detección de Clasificación de Tapas
Los sensores de fibra óptica R55F de Banner tienen la capacidad de detectar la presencia de tapones sin importar su color o tamaño – una clara ventaja en una industria que tiene una gran variedad de tapas de botellas y cambios frecuentes en la línea de producción. En este tipo de aplicación, los sensores de fibra óptica se utilizan para reconocer largas pausas entre las tapas y luego enviar una señal de atasco a los operadores de la máquina. Las fibras son compactas y se puede montar fácilmente en espacios reducidos y normalmente inaccesibles.
