Sistema de Rejilla de Seguridad
Los Sistemas de Rejillas de Seguridad SGS son dispositivos livianos de seguridad de haces múltiples rentables para acceso y aplicaciones de protección perimetral de largo alcance. Están disponibles en modelos Emisor/Receptor capaces de salvaguardar a distancias muy largas y en modelos Activos/Pasivos fáciles de implementar que ofrecen un ahorro de costos adicionals.

Protección de la Entrada del Transportador en Máquinas Paletizadoras
La protección de las máquinas paletizadoras presenta muchos desafíos para mantener seguro al personal y mantener una producción eficiente. El nuevo kit de rejilla de seguridad SGS con barra de brazo de silenciamiento protege la peligrosa maquinaria robótica y permite que las cajas pasen a través de las rejillas sin detener la producción. Los brazos de silenciamiento pueden reconocer si algo más que una caja pasa a través de la rejilla y activará una parada de la máquina en el paletizador.

Monitoreo de Puerta con un Interlock de Bisagra
Un automóvil viaja a lo largo de un transportador hacia una zona protegida por una cortina de seguridad EZ-SCREEN. A medida que el carro se acerca, la cortina de seguridad EZ-SCREEN se silencia temporalmente para permitir que el coche pase sin detener el transportador. Mientras la cortina de seguridad está silenciada, existe el riesgo de que un trabajador trate de entrar en el área de peligro a través de la puerta de la barrera protectora, poniendo al trabajador en una situación peligrosa presentando la posibilidad de que sea golpeado por el coche en movimiento.
Protección Perimetral con un Sistema de Malla
La cortina de seguridad EZ-SCREEN Grid (malla) ampliamente espaciada protege económicamente el perímetro de un área de trabajo. La malla está lo suficientemente lejos del peligro que la rodea y tiene tiempo para detenerse si una persona u objeto pasa a través de la red.
