DXM 시리즈 산업용 무선 컨트롤러는 이더넷 연결과 IIoT(산업 사물인터넷) 응용 분야의 발전을 촉진하도록 설계되었습니다. 내부 DX80 게이트웨이 또는 멀티홉 데이터 무선 통신을 선택할 수 있는 이 강력한 Modbus 통신 장치는 로컬 무선 네트워크를 인터넷 및/또는 호스트 시스템과 연결합니다.
- DXM1200 모델의 경우 까다로운 환경에서 사용할 수 있도록 IP67 등급 하우징 채택
- DXM1200E 모델의 경우 무선 범위가 개선되어 도달하기 어려운 무선 장치에 이상적인 위치로 안테나 연장 가능
- 로컬 무선 네트워크용으로 900 MHz 및 2.4 GHz ISM 무선 통신 지원
- Modbus RTU를 Modbus TCP/IP 또는 이더넷 I/P로 변환
- 작업 규칙 및 텍스트 언어 방식으로 로직 컨트롤러 프로그래밍 가능
- 데이터 로깅용 마이크로 SD 카드
- 이메일 및 문자 알림
- 로컬 I/O 옵션: 절연 이산 신호 입력, 범용 입력, SPDT(C형) 릴레이 출력, NMOS 출력, 아날로그 출력
- 12~30 V dc, 12 V dc 태양 전지판 또는 배터리 백업으로 전원 공급
- RS-232, RS-485, 이더넷 통신 포트; USB 구성 포트
- I/O 정보용 LCD 디스플레이 및 사용자 프로그래밍 가능한 LED
- 셀룰러 연결용 셀 모뎀 공급 가능(별도 판매)

예측 유지보수용 진동 모니터링
Banner’s wireless vibration and temperature sensor measures RMS velocity, in inches per second or millimeters per second, and temperature. Mounting it as close as possible to the bearings enables you to monitor the machine’s health by detecting increases in vibration and temperature. It is easy to mount using the standard bracket, the magnetic bracket or two sided thermal transfer mounting tape.
