    Compatible Sensors

    For a single asset, installing the Asset Monitoring Gateway with SNAP ID is easy. Using standard M12 connectivity, compatible wired sensors simply plug into the gateway and work. The Asset Monitoring Gateways with SNAP ID are designed to accommodate up to 20 of Banner’s condition monitoring sensors. These sensors all use the same simple connections and can monitor a variety of points such as vibration, temperature, humidity, level, pressure, and current.

    No Programming Necessary

    All Asset Monitoring Gateways with SNAP ID are preconfigured to automatically begin processing data from the wired sensors you connect to the gateway. No special expertise, laptop, or programming is needed. No matter what type of sensors are connected (e.g., vibration, humidity, distance measurement, etc.), the gateway automatically identifies and communicates with them.

    The onboard tourchscreen makes it easy for setting up your sensors.

    Local Display

    The onboard touchscreen allows you to commission the sensors, create unique names for sensors and groups, set warning and alarm thresholds, enable VIBE-IQ, and configure optional data pushes to Banner CDS. If you intend to use the Ethernet or cellular connectivity options, you can configure these settings through the display. This makes installtion as easy as possible.

    Onboard Status Indicator

    The status of your assets can be viewed at a glance from a distance via the onboard lighted indcator on top of the asset monitoring gateway. When the indicator is green, all assets are operating normally. If the indicator is yellow or red a warning or alarm is present, this helps maintenance teams quickly identify a failing asset.

    The K50 Indicator makes it easy for operators to identify issues at a glance.

    Ethernet or Cellular Connectivity

    If you are wanting to connect your Asset Monitoring Gateway to Banner CDS, the primary method would be via the Ethernet port. However, if you cannot access your local Ethernet network, the Asset Monitor Gateway can be ordered with cellular connectivity. We offer Verizon, AT&T, and worldwide multi-carrier SIMs.

    Auto-Generated and Customizable Dashboards

    If you are using Banner CDS, basic dashboards are auto-genterated upon commissioning, but it’s easy to build a dashboard tailored to your specific needs. Drag-and-drop widgets and the ability to load images to your dashboard let you build exactly what you need to visualize your operation. You can also create custom alarms and alerts based on the levels you choose for the sensors installed on your equipment.
