SI-GL42 잠금 안전 스위치는 위험한 상황이 존재하는 한 안전 게이트, 안전 도어 및 기타 보호 가드를 확실하게 닫힌 상태로 유지합니다. 이 제품은 내구성이 강하고 비용 효율적인 솔루션으로 생산 환경에서 인체 부상을 방지하며, 거의 모든 자동화 시스템에 맞출 수 있는 다양한 구성을 제공합니다.
- 플라스틱 본체와 기계적 응력을 받는 부품을 금속으로 설계하여 가벼우면서 견고한 디자인
- 90° 단위로 회전 가능하며 수직 위치를 포함하여 다섯 가지 위치를 제공하는 액추에이터 헤드
- 두 가지 잠금 메커니즘 방식 선택 가능: 전동 솔레노이드 해제 방식의 스프링 잠금 장치 또는 스프링 해제 방식의 전동 솔레노이드 잠금 장치
- 모든 자동화 안전 분야에 적합한 다수의 액추에이터 및 모니터링 접점 구성
- 일부 모델은 Banner의 독자적인 In-Series Diagnostics(ISD) 시스템과 호환되므로 데이터 중심의 인사이트 제공
- 유지보수 또는 수리 목적으로 장비에 액세스해야 할 경우 체결된 잠금 장치를 도구를 사용하여 수동으로 해제할 수 있음
