영역 조명은 집중된 영역에 균일한 조명을 제공합니다. 잘 배치된 영역 조명은 그림자와 눈부심을 만들기 때문에 비전 센서가 대상의 유무를 감지할 수 있습니다.
- 깊이 변화를 감지하기 위해 그림자 생성
- 특정 표면 각 조명
- 렌즈에서 비스듬히 조명할 때 반사 표면의 눈부심 방지
- 라이트 거리는 12인치 이상
- 24V dc 공급 전압으로 62 x 62mm, 70 x 70mm 또는 80 x 80mm의 라이트 크기로 제공
- 적외선 또는 적색, 백색, 청색 또는 녹색 가시 라이트, UV 365(nm), UV 395(nm) 모델 선택 가능
- 연속 또는 스트로브 작동 모델 제공
- 모델에 따라 10,000 ~ 60,000 시간의 가용 수명

배출구 주둥이의 색상 검사

병뚜껑 닫힘 및 충전 검사
유리병이 빠른 속도로 컨베이어 위를 지나갈 때 PresencePLUS P4 COLOR OMNI는 각 병이 완전히 채워져 있고, 마개가 완전히 삽입되어 있고, 마개 색상이 올바른지 확인합니다. 이중 영역 조명이 검사를 위한 최적의 대비를 생성합니다.
