Temp Compensation Ultrasonic Sensor
Compact, right-angle ultrasonic sensors with built-in temperature compensation. Available in analog or configurable discrete models.

透明材料のループ制御
バナーのT30UX超音波センサは、ループ制御のための透明材料の検出に最適なセンサです。 このセンサでは光ではなく音を使用するため、このような特殊な用途において高精度の性能と優れたコスト効率が得られます。材料は透明であっても固体の表面があるため、超音波センサが音波を反射させることができます。T30UXは、透明材料の検出に使用できる他のセンサより高精度のトランスデューサがあり、デッドゾーンも小さく、検出距離も短いという特徴があります。

透明プラスチックのループ制御
透明なプラスチックの検出は常に問題があります。従来型の光電センサの光学ビームは透明な材料を透過するため、信頼性の高い検知結果は得られません。
縦型製袋充填機のソリューション
超音波センサ：バナーのT30UX 超音波センサは高精度の距離検出能力を持ち、非接触式の方法でフィルムのロール直径を測定します。縦型製袋充填機はロールの半径を測定して残りのフィルムの量を計算し、少なくなるとオペレータにそのことを知らせます。希望する袋または包装の長さと同じ距離を事前に設定し、その距離だけ材料を送られなければなりません。
