バナー、機械のセンサ信号を処理するDXMR90コントローラを発表

バナーエンジニアリングは、Snap Signalファミリーの基幹製品である産業用コントローラ「DXMR90」をリリースしたことを発表します。これにより、お客様はインダストリアルIoT（IIoT）の持つ競争優位性を活用できるようになります。機械に取り付けたセンサなど、設備からの信号を処理する中枢となる小型で堅牢な装置です。アクティブなプロセスを直接可視化し、特定の生産性向上の機会を検出し、コストのかかる予期せぬダウンタイムを防止する高度な予知保全機能を可能にする、複合的なデータストリームを出力します。
DXMR90には個別のModbusクライアントが搭載されており、最大5つの独立したシリアルネットワークとの同時通信が可能です。Modbus RTU信号をModbus TCP/IP、Ethernet I/P、またはProfinetに変換し、RESTful、MQTT、APIなどのインターネットプロトコルを使用する装置と通信を行います。DXMR90から出力されるデータは、イーサネット（または接続されたセルラー対応のDXMコントローラ）を介してバナーのクラウドデータサービスを含むクラウドプラットフォームに送信され、24時間体制の状態監視、メールやテキストメッセージによるアラート送信、データ駆動型のインサイトの提供を行うことができます。
