B25 Wide Beam Sensors
Banner’s B25 Wide Beam Sensor improves package flow on conveyors by providing precision leading edge detection of thin and challenging targets.
Sensors that detect targets within a wide area are commonly used for leading-edge detection or pick-to-light applications. Banner solutions include both individual wide-beam sensors and arrays that combine multiple sensors to create a comprehensive detection field. Different resolutions exist to detect objects of varying size—some sensors and sensor arrays can reliably see objects as small as 3 mm or extremely flat objects such as envelopes. By incorporating area-detection sensors, users can detect targets that break sensor beams at any angle.

The Q76 detects the leading edge of challenging, non-uniform targets. It features a visible red beam to simplify alignment, two bright, multifunction LED lights for status indication, and a range of up to 4 meters.
The LX Part-Sensing Array provides wide-area detection used for sensing small parts on conveyors, leading-edge detection, and part ejection verification.
The Through-the-Roller sensor bar reliably detects very thin or irregular objects from between conveyor rollers. The TTR features quick installation of up to ten diffuse sensors spaced across the conveyor width.
SAB Sensor Array Bars feature QS18 sensors inside heavy-duty aluminum housing, which provide reliable array measurement with easy alignment.
EZ-ARRAY light screens excel at high-speed, precise process monitoring and inspection, profiling, and web-guiding applications with simple installation.
The MINI-ARRAY Basic is a cost-effective system of paired sensor emitter/receiver arrays configured for material handling and logistics applications.
The PVS28 Parts Verification Sensor provides visual operator guidance with touchless activation for fast and reliable picking, assembly, and fulfillment applications.
This pick-to-light sensor array reduces missed parts, increases quality, and lowers production costs. PVA provides the most reliable solution for error-proofing.
PVD Pick-to-Light Sensors are compact, one-piece solutions useful in many part assembly, pick-to-light, and error-proofing applications.
The PVL series provides highly visible pick and mis-pick indication with mounting versatility.
