Módulo de Segurança de Controle Bimanual
- Os módulos trabalham com os botões de segurança STB da Banner ou podem ser montados em botões existentes para criar um sistema de controle bimanual ergonômico e completo.
- Para garantir confiabilidade, os módulos têm um circuito microcontrolador com redundância diversa e múltiplos contatos de saída de pressão (ligados mecanicamente) redundantes.
- A lógica de segurança exige que ambos os botões sejam ativados dentro de meio segundo.
- Tensões ca e cc disponíveis: 24 V ac/dc, 115 V ac/24 V dc or 230 V ac/24 V dc.
- Módulos com duas ou quatro saídas de segurança normalmente abertas (NO).
- Opção de saídas auxiliares não de segurança em alguns modelos.
- Módulos Categoria de Segurança 4 conforme a ISO 13849-1 (EN 954-1) e controle bimanual funcional Tipo IIIC conforme a EN 574.
- Blocos de terminais removíveis permitem fácil conexão e troca de módulos sem conectar novamente.
- As opções de kits incluem módulo e botões STB.
- Os botões STB são muito mais ergonômicos que botões mecânicos e capacitivos de difícil acionamento.
