Parada por Corda em Transportadores
As chaves de parada com corda RP-LS42F da Banner funcionam ao longo de um transportador para que o operador possa agarrar e puxá-las de qualquer lugar para parar imediatamente o transportador. Os comprimentos de corda variam de 6 m a 100 m, proporcionando flexibilidade para proteger transportadores longos ou curtos. As chaves RP-LS42 são compactas e possuem uma variedade de acessórios disponíveis para facilitar a instalação e manter a tensão da corda. Elas também são formadas por um encapsulamento termoplástico resistente a fortes impactos para uso em ambientes industriais exigentes.
Descascamento de Toras Ao Ar Livre
Em caso de problema ou possível dano do equipamento, qualquer pessoa ao longo do comprimento do cabo (até 75 metros) pode puxá-lo ou pressionar o botão de parada de emergência integrado e parar o funcionamento da máquina. O interruptor é resistente, para permitir a montagem ao ar livre mesmo em condições adversas. Ele fornece indicação visível da tensão da corda e uma saída auxiliar para monitoramento remoto da tensão.
