    Transcript

This video will show how to perform a two-point teach on the QS30EDV low contrast sensor.

This sensor has a read visible beam, 1.4 m of range, and can operate down to 300 ms.

Start off by aligning the sensor with the target.

Then press and hold the - button until the number 5 and 6 LED flash.

Click the - button to teach the first condition.

Present the second condition, then click the - button again.

The contrast level between the two taught conditions briefly flashes on the back of the sensor.

The lower the number, the lower the contrast.

The sensor is now set it's threshold based on the two taught conditions and will automatically return to the RUN mode.

If the sensor fails to teach, you will see the following condition.
